Hi – thanks for agreeing to be a guest on the Paws Claws & Wet Noses podcast – I’m excited and looking forward to meeting and chatting with you.

We always aim for having the best possible audio recording possible:

  • using your smartphone – which will be hooked into a professional sound recording deck at my end; or
  • Zoom – which means we can see each other at the same time.

It’s critical you’re in as quiet a space as possible free from outside noises.

It’s important you’re using either headphones or earbuds – preferably with an integrated mic :

  1. dedicated mic + headphones
  2. earbuds + inbuilt mic

  • Guest Confirmation and Acceptance

    The above named Guest does hereby consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest's voice and performance as part of the podcast "Paws Claws & Wet Noses" ("podcast").

    The Guest does hereby acknowledge that Julie South of HaloBiz (“Podcaster”) is the sole owner of all rights in and to the podcast, and the recording(s) thereof, for all purposes.

    She has, as Podcaster, the unencumbered right, among other things, to use and distribute the podcast and the Guest’s performance as embodied therein.

    Such distribution may include the Guest's name, sobriquet, biographical sketch, photograph or likeness (including, without limitation, any photographs or other material provided to Producer by Guest ), in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity.

    Any materials prepared in the course of the production and distribution of the Podcast (“Materials”) become property of the Podcaster.

    The Guest understands and agrees that s/he shall receive no compensation for appearances on and participation in the Podcast.

    The Guest's name, likeness and photograph may be used in connection with the Podcast, and in advertising and promotional material for the Podcast, but not as an endorsement of any product or service.

    The Guest hereby releases and discharges Podcaster from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
