Registered Veterinarians

Please note that only Veterinarians Registered with the Veterinary Council of New Zealand are eligible to work in New Zealand vet clinics.   If you’re unsure whether your primary veterinary qualification is recognised in New Zealand, please check the NZ Gazetted List of Recognised Institutions.

Work Visa

If you are not a New Zealand (or Australian) Citizen or Permanent Resident you will require a work visa.  Immigration New Zealand issue these.
